I'm reading this book, and it's been quite insightful. Again, it makes me take a look at the real reason why I'm not painting/drawing/photographing/creating. I wholeheartedly recommend this book.

I'm listening to this. MUCH better than the One Direction version. These little chaps have so much more talent!!!
